A set of extra features that can ease your life with Business Central

• Sales Order closing

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and partially shipped orders remain in your BC as pending (open), but you know that there will be no further action. With this feature you can close all these orders by aligning planned quantities to actual shipment. This is important to avoid that your production planning is influenced by fake sales quantities.

• Edit comment in posted documents

As a general rule, in BC posted documents can’t be edited, but if you think that comments shouldn’t be managed in such a strict way you can benefit from this feature.

• Link payments

In the most common business process, payments follow invoices, when you receive a payment, you can link it to the related invoice that is already posted in BC. When this is not the case, and payment precedes the related invoice, this feature lets you connect invoices to payments previously recorded.

• Combined shipments Invoicing

• Unit price priority

This feature enhances the calculation rules for managing sales prices and discounts by adding the option to set an escalation according to priority defined by the user, as an alternative to the standard Business Central rules.
